Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and unworn
• With original tags and labels intact
• Accompanied by the original invoice
Exchanges are permitted for size, color, or product replacement, subject to availability.
• Sale items (50% off or more) are not eligible for exchange.
• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email or WhatsApp our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, including product images. After review, we will arrange an exchange.
Return & Refund Policy
• Sustainer follows a “No Refund” policy.
• Products once sold can only be exchanged, not refunded.
• In rare cases where an exchange is not possible (e.g., product out of stock), a store credit of equal value may be issued, valid for future purchases.
Important:
• Please do not accept any parcel that appears to be opened or tampered with.
• Claims after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
• Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
• Sustainer reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
